Cotton Bag Manufacturing Process
Cotton bag production consists of several stages. Tema Cotton Bags has managed this process at our Esenler, Istanbul factory since 2000.
1. Fabric Selection and Preparation
Cotton, canvas, raw cotton (46/52 thread), or fiber fabric is selected per order. Fabric rolls are inspected before cutting.
2. Cutting
Fabric pieces are cut via CAD/CAM systems or templates: front, back, handle, and gusset pieces.
3. Printing
Screen printing, DTF, transfer, or digital printing is applied before sewing.
4. Sewing
Industrial sewing machines assemble, attach handles and gussets.
5. Quality Control
Each batch passes visual and durability testing.
6. Packaging and Shipping
Folded or flat packaging, domestic and international shipping.
